Rama
Hello all. I’ll try to make this short. I believe I came in contact with a “master teacher” so to speak (I am very new to this; this has never happened before). I’m a massage therapist and energy worker (somatic healing and emotional trauma). I had entered a serious depression the last six months and have been so closed off. My work suffered. After spending along time healing, I’m finally in flow again.
My last session, I was dealing with someone who had experienced deep trauma a (a regular of mine). I did a “heart sandwich” with one hand on the chest, the other dirrectly beneath on the back. As the client began to have an emotional release, I felt like asking who I was working with. I clearly heard the name Rama. I laughed and figured I was being creative. I had forgotten all about it, and yesterday I remembered and decided to google the name for shits and giggles. It turns out Rama is the avatar or Vishnu, part of the Holy Trinity of Hinduism (along side Shiva and Brahma). I about shit my pants. Was so excited got chills everywhere. I’m not sure why I wrote this post, but I felt compelled to in the hopes that someone might have something to say about the experience. Has anyone worked with this energy before? Thanks all, much love

How interesting. I woke up today with the Hare Krishna mantra playing on repeat in my mind. When I got out of bed and checked out Reddit, here is this thread - the first one I opened. What lovely serendipity!
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare
May your work bring you and many others comfort and healing.
Wow that’s so wonderful when that happens :) I was making this post last night and I looked at the time as I was writing it...11:11 lol. Be well!
