Tax Filing: Copy Trade generating thousands of transactions

Copy trade is generating thousands of transactions in the back end with closed positions. I have to file tax returns in Australia should we have to make an entry for each of those individual transactions in the tax filing.

Has anyone done it with ATO before ?
