How are you connecting to the internet? Wireless or with a Ethernet Cable (Looks like a phone line)?

Many things could be the issue.Have you paid your bill?Have you power cycled your router (The device in the picture).Have you power cycled your modem (The box the internet provider provided you to get internet).

Let's start off with the above and go from there.Note: Answering questions with stupid answer will not get you help here. If we ask what is happening, we ask you to provide details. You are fixing this... we are here for guidance.
