EDIT: Some of the websites have been blocked by the Lebanese government. If you live in Lebanon you can access them by using a VPN
Check the rate on:

^Note ^that ^these ^websites ^are ^run ^by ^random, ^normal, ^civilian ^individuals. ^The ^data ^might ^be ^wrong, ^so ^be ^careful ^before ^trusting ^what ^you ^read.
^Please ^be ^advised ^that ^the ^rate ^changes ^between ^each ^exchange ^office, ^so ^in ^order ^to ^get ^the ^best ^deal, ^make ^sure ^you ^call ^or ^visit ^multiple ^offices ^before ^actually ^doing ^the ^exchange.
For people coming from abroad to Lebanon
Withdraw cash from your bank, outside Lebanon before coming and exchange them to USD. Get the cash with you to Lebanon, and when you arrive exchange them in an exchange shop (NOT the airport). The official exchange rate if you exchange in airport or if you use a credit/debit card in Lebanon is 1 USD = 1507.5 LBP
If you exchange in an exchange office you'll get the black market rate so you're have more purchase power if you do this.
You can find a list of Exchange houses, their addresses and phone numbers here
^Note: ^Other ^than ^exchange ^offices, ^the ^black ^market ^scene ^is ^thriving ^in ^peer ^to ^peer ^transactions ^all ^over ^Lebanon. ^Shoot ^me ^a ^PM ^if ^you ^want ^more ^knowledge ^about ^peer ^to ^peer ^trading.
