Relearning myself

Advice

So, I dropped Facebook (my main source of social media interaction, everything else I kinda just lurk and rarely post). I've found I'm less negative and tired, and I have a lot more free time than I realized. I'm not exactly sure how I can explore what I find interesting other than gaming. Can anyone maybe give me some advice or suggest some things that can be fun and productive that I can do in the downtime?

Some sort of sport? I like cycling. Also archery can be good fun.

Take up some sort of craft? Fibre arts have a low investment for entry (think knitting and crochet but also cross stitch).

Join a book club.

Go for walks.

There’s loads of free online content from universities that you could watch/listen to.

Take up writing.

One of the things that I like is just giving a new hobby a go. I might only do it once or twice but there’s a pleasure to be found in just trying things.
