The Jersey Number Game

Thought of a fun little game and wanted to see what people would put together. The rules are simple:

1. You build one forward line (primary position only), one defence pairing, and select a goalie.
2. All players must have the same jersey number (found here).
3. All players must be active.
4. If the jersey number doesn't have enough players to fill all positions, you can select from either the number below or above (+/- 1) and the inverse (e.g. 76 can take from 67 and vice versa).

Which jersey number would be the most dominant?
