Trick or Treat in Pittsburgh?

Does anyone know if Pittsburgh is having trick or treat? There's nothing on pittsburghpa.gov and the only thing I can find in the news is a "maybe" from the mayor in a WTAE story from 3 weeks ago. I don't have kids but I'm 5'5" and it's a great way to get free candy

May your bag be full of double bubble, candy corn, dum dums and nothing greater than a mini size snickers.

If you're not a kid and you're trick or treating, then you sound like a real winner

Oh who cares. I always have a mountain of leftover candy I end up throwing away in April

Right? I'd rather someone else take it so I don't stuff my fat face.
