As a developer for Google Assistant, I am really very annoyed, by the lack of support for languages other than English for all things presented.

Dialogflow (and before that api.ai) had support for languages other than English, but when the new Action Builder was launched, this functionality was lost. This also caused problems if trying to migrate a project from Dialogflow to Action Builder.

As a user, the things that bother me the most are the lack of features on Assistant, for example, the continuous conversation was launched 3 years ago in English.

The OP most likely understands simple English. What they are referring to, as I understand it, is the fact that, as of now, vertical and custom intents can only be used by users who interact with the Assistant in English, while only common intents are also available for users speaking other languages.
