I'm in the goblin camp and several times now, with multiple characters, they can't do anything other than move. And in some cases they can't even end their turn!
Just frustrated I guess. I've learned to save more in this than any other game but working around the game being broken in combat is tough.

I had it in the tutaorial with cambions.. was Lae'zel then as well.
Ya had it happen twice in the middle of combat so I had to save in combat then reload to get it to work again
I'm having a shit ton of trouble trying to get the "bear" companion around the map. He doesn't transfer with quick travel at all.
This happened to me as well. I could no longer save either, so... yeah. I started the game over from scratch.
Had this happen a LOT. F5 is my friend in this game. It is very buggy. Alas, Early Access.
There seems to be a cap on the number of actions? - sometimes after a few enemies have died im able to use my pc's again. EA :)
Yeah, it sucks when you spend 20+ minutes in a fight like the Phase Spider Matriarch and it does that. I've experienced it several times and it is always Lae'zel that can't end turn
