Is LACC a legitimate college?

London american city college aka Madonna university .They claim their certificates are accepted in foreign countries as well if we ever wish to go to a foreign country with their degree as a proof of our education. Please tell me if you know how true it is.

Many universities claim to be accredited by foreign countries as well as within the country, i have already been going roundabout in universities anf genuinely dont wanna waste my time and money for degrees which might not work.
