Computer died unexpectedly, need second opinion on this quickly put together build

Build Help

###Build Help/Ready:

My laptop of the last four years died unexpectedly last night and I'm in a position to finally build a desktop instead of another laptop. I went to my local microcenter to check things out and the salesman put this build together for me. However I want a second opinion since I wasn't expecting to replace my computer now and so haven't kept up with pc components to know what's good or not. From my experience and usage, I know I want 32GB of ram. Other than that I'm pretty flexible. I also have plenty of HDD/SSD's so don't need any storage. Finally, I've got Amazon Prime so between microcenter and Prime I'm sure I can get a better build than this right? (Especially since the salesman mentioned they're out of stock on a lot of items.) Ultimately I need to get these parts ordered within the next week so I can have a working computer again.

TL;DR - got this build from microcenter salesman, looking for second opinions. I also have prime so am looking to optimize/upgrade this build up to my budget limit of $1500. Looking to buy everything within the next week.

What is your intended use for this build?

Mostly gaming, I do CAD from time to time but admittedly mostly gaming and netflix.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for?

Looking for 60+ fps, 1080p minimum resolution (will potentially upgrade to 4k in a year or two), otherwise just trying to max out settings so that this build can last 4-5 years before truly needing an upgrade. I mostly play Paradox strategy games, COH2, FPS, and occasionally RPG. My goal is to max out Destiny 2 (and Cyberpunk when that comes out)

What is your budget?

$1500 max (can stretch a little if the performance is worth it)

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Just get the 3700x.

So i take it the 3800x outclasses the other parts by a good bit?

No. The price isn't worth the 0.1% lol. It's a weird CPU that I don't even know why it exists. Many can't even have a stable OC to bother getting it. The 3700x suffices. But you do you, peace

That makes sense, thanks!
