I'm helping!

I just spent three and a half hours playing only the the Arena FNM Historic Brawl event. I got my first 2 wins in my first 2 games, then decided to help other get their wins fast and easy. So I made a few decks that seemed fun and helpful. the last 2 hours was a Samut only pump spells deck.

The clear confusion of every opponent was fun. The players that would lean into it for fun were the best, attacking with 0 power creatures and just having fun. It was nice.

Do you know who did not have fun? and would intentionally make sure I was at a minimum fun? Blue players. Countering my pump spells on their creatures, countering my commander with 0 creatures on my board(and in my deck). I had fun with 4/5 of my opponents. But those control players refuse to let anyone even people trying to help them and clearly aren't trying to win have fun.

I understand what it's like to take every game too seriously, I personally don't play the more casual formats because I am often a fun vacuum. Today wasn't like that, it was nice.

I hope all my opponents had fun and enjoyed the event.

tl;dr : Played a 0 win con pump spell deck and Blue players still found a way to take the fun away. Had fun anyways.
