Update: SD7 admits she has a problem

We have been in contact with several therapist and are waiting to hear back. BM would not reply Saturday to any questions about therapy. This evening we were able to get a name from her but not any more info such as appointments. Custody agreement says the other party is to be notified within 24hrs of appointment being made. This has been violated for other appointments as well. DH was able to track down info and put in a message to the dr BM set up.

BM is also denying phone calls with SD. Said you're interesting my evening. Custody order says non custodial parent gets a 10 min phone call every day they are with the other party.

DH said SD will not be here unless he is present. We have set up a camera in the main room to help keep an eye on things and be able to show SD dr what shes been doing. She will not be left alone with LO or pets while she is here. I am disabled and currently in a flare so it would be very difficult to keep up with toddler, SD, and her virtual learning with this new development. Once I'm out of the flair I will better be able to manage it.

It has been decided to not contact DHS at this time. We are concerned for the safety of other children SD is around but were told that they have been informed and it is ultimately their responsibility, we have done our duty.

DH and I are hurting that it has come to this. We desperately want to help SD work through this so she can be healthy and happy. BM is making this very HC. Dh is in contact with a lawyer.
