NSX weapons missions should unlock it and all attachments while completing it.

When accepting this mission it doesn't even tell you which one it will tell you too use, so unless you own a lot of them you shouldn't bother accepting it. The weapon preview only lasts an hour (I think) and it's virtually impossible to get 30 kills with a naked NSX weapon within 1 hour. This obviously doesn't help the new player experience.
