I've got a similar email for the 28th of oct, I think it's so you know when the payment will be deducted from chosen payment option as well as the accommodate for how long shipping to your area will take.

I'm in a similar situation in the U.S. with Target I have my order and my cards been charged but some days I end up with an extra $540 dollars in my bank account and then it dissappears. This happened multiple times already and I was wondering what was going on until I saw a similar message in the Target Website.
