2011 Accord Manual making loud scratching noise on cold start...

[VIDEOS INCLUDED] When I try to start my 2011 manual honda accord it makes a loud scratching noise for a few seconds when I turn the key, then it starts. It has been doing it for a few years. It started as a very short noise. It has gotten progressively longer over time. It seems it is only when doing a cold start. If the car has been running or I've been driving, and I turn the car off and back on within a reasonable amount of time, it doesn't do it. A few days ago i was starting the car for work in the morning, it made the noise, then it just didn't start. I turned the key off, then tried to start it again. It made the noise, then started. I'm worried with the winter coming that it's going to not start on the really cold days when im going to work. You can tell it really struggles to start. Any idea what would be causing this?
