The light just flickered like crazy

It just happened 5 minutes ago. I was studying in my room when suddenly the light started flickering. I was not too worried about it but then I picked up my phone and saw in the screens reflection, a tiny girl in a white gown. I looked back and saw nothing. The lights are still flickering as I am writing this and I am honestly scared.
