bluetooth nullifies energy settings

One of the best things of using LineageOS 16 on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo is the energy saving. My battery lasts much longer than it ever did with the stock ROM. However, I have the silly habit to accidentally press the bluetooth button in settings, and with that setting ON, the battery doesn't last long. Do any of you know if I can somehow be notified by the system that I have bluetooth switched on?
