When using an FS2020 formated SimBrief plan, what is programmed into the FMS?

If you load an FS2020 Simbrief exported PLN file, what is and what is not programmed into the FMS?

​

I know SIDs, STARs, and speeds are programmed in, but not approach. Curious if other things are filled in automatically too such as cost index.

I selected an approach at KMIA and while the star seemed to be programmed into the GPS, as far as waypoints, the approach waypoints were not.
