Best Espresso Machine for $2.5k?

Hey everyone... I could really use some help in finding the best espresso machine for the right price. Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I dont know much about espresso machines. Right now i have a Breville Infuser but would like to make an upgrade.

What's the best machine I can get for $2.5k?

First off ... What are the best espresso machine brands?

Which is better? Heat Exchange or Dual Boiler? Are there more types than that? If so, which is the best? (I like to make lattes and cappuccinos the most)

Right now, I am looking at the Rocket Giotto R... As I understand it though, I would be paying for more of the brand than quality with the Rocket. Is there anything that would be better than the Giotto for the same price or cheaper?

Thank you so much again for your help in advance!
