Thinking of Moving to NWA from Minnesota

I everyone, hopefully not bothering with another thinking of moving post. Some background info, I'm a 24 year old single guy who graduated with a degree in Software Engineering last year and have been working as one since then (currently remotely, maybe more remote work in the future). I grew up in and have been living in a suburb northwest of Minneapolis, MN. I've been thinking of buying a house in maybe Rogers or Bella Vista since it's close to some tech companies in Bentonville. NWA looks to have everything I've been looking for on paper: hiking trails, cheaper housing, and warm weather, it's so cold in MN during winter! I'm mostly worried about how I'd fit in with people who live there and how to go about finding friends, as I'm more left on the political spectrum and not religious, not that it matters but wanted to find like minded people and avoid being an outcast. If anyone has any info that would be great!
