Hi all, I am currently on vacation, hence only a short and slightly delayed update:

• The stock for all orders up until February 12 arrived with us on Monday and got completety shipped out by yesterday afternoon!
• More stock for all upcoming orders will arrive with us next week!

Update: February 12, 2021

Hi all, quick update

• The stock arrived at broker's depot yesterday and is now already on the way to our warehouse in Leipzig. If the weather conditions (this week was madness) stay stable during the weekend, the shipment is likely to be with us on Monday, February 15.
• We could source enough stock to fulfill all orders up until today and those will all be shipped next week after stock has arrived.
• More stock will be inbound shortly, most likely end of next week or early week after next, and we will then finally have a stocked HP Reverb G2.
• Thanks to appeased load situation in our warehouse and production, we will be able to ship all orders by ourselves and with the courier of your choice (DHL or UPS). Drop shipment directly via the broker is no longer necessary and therefore a differentiation between Category A/B customers becomes obsolete. We removed those from the table above.

Update: January 29, 2021

Hi all, weekly update:

• Unfortunately still no confirmed ETA for our big stock order with HP.
• Fortunately, our attempts of sourcing through other channels of distribution were successful and we placed POs with two distributors. Both are giving us February 11/12 as a rough ETA for the delivery at their warehouse.
• As usual: As the stock is not yet with those distributors, ETA is subject to change. We'll keep you posted!
• Our order amount is big enough to cover all orders up until today, January 29.
• Updated supply overview table accordingly.

Update: January 22, 2021

Hi all, just a brief update:

• We have shipped all orders up until and including January 3rd and are out of stock now.
• We have a rough ETA from HP for our exisiting order with them for around mid to end of February. As long as there are no shipment notes, this has to be taken with a grain of salt. Added a batch #6 to the table above.
• In the meantime we are also trying to source units through other channels of distribution in order to get January orders shipped out as soon as possible. There should be news regarding that early next week.

Update: January 14, 2021

It is done! All remaining orders from 2020 got processed today and waiting for pick-up from UPS and DHL in the next hour. Tracking codes already left the building and will be updated tonight for the first time.

Info for orders from early to mid January will follow during the next week.

Update: January 13, 2021

Hi all, a quick update for tonight:

• Batch #5.A has fully shipped including orders until and including December 31
• Stock for Batch #5.B has arrived at our warehouse this afternoon and was successfully checked and booked in. We will start shipping early tomorrow and are confident that we will be able to finish it by tomorrow evening, latest on Friday. Keep you posted!
• Other than called yesterday, we will ship all orders until and including December 31 and then consolidate the stock and order levels in regards to RMA reserve etc. Shipping will resume afterwards.
• Customers who bought in January got " February" as their expected delivery timeframe, so everything is within the green zone.

Update: January 11, 2021

Batch #5 has arrived at our distributor. It's pretty late in the day and I don't have any more firm data, but I'll make an educated guess:

• Category A should start shipping tomorrow, or at least on Wednesday this week
• Category B should start shipping early next week (hopefully sooner; depending on processing and transit time from distributor)

Please wait for our next update for more concrete estimates.

Update: January 7, 2021

Still waiting for Batch #5. It has landed in Germany but has not arrived in our distributor/broker's warehouse yet. Our next update will be on Monday, 11 January.

Update: January 4, 2021

First update of the year comes with some good news: Batch #5 is going to arrive at our distributor before the middle of January. It will be sufficient to fulfill all remaining, confirmed pre-orders. Our distribution plan:

• Follow the same Category A/B pattern as before
• This means again that Category A will be fulfilled first, because stock for Category B needs to be separated and transferred from the distributor to Leipzig first
• We will not use our secondary logistics partner in Leipzig for load balancing. Instead, we will ship all remaining orders of Category B directly from our bestware warehouse. This will also allow us to respect customer's choice regarding whether they picked DHL or UPS in their original order
• We will use UPS Express Saver for all remaining orders for UK and Ireland
• On the product page, we will keep "ETA February" for new orders until we are confident that all remaining pre-orders can be shipped out before the end of the January.

We will have more information about reasonable ETAs in the next couple of days.

Update: December 30, 2020

Last update for 2020:

• The rest of #4.B has been shipped today
• Tracking Code Mails are all out

We have received a few individual reports of customers who have not received their tracking code. And some of you have had problems with DHL tracking, such as "Returned to sender". Also, some say that they had this "returned to sender" notice but the package was delivered to their address anyway.

We will only be able to look into these reports in seriousness by Monday, January 4. Our company is closed for New Year's holidays starting today. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Meanwhile: no firm update on Batch #5 because our business contacts at HP are largely off duty until January 4. There is still hope for a mid January delivery of Batch #5 but no confirmation yet. We will update you next week.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why have some customers already received their headset before me?

A: HP was not fully able to guarantee that pre-order partners such as bestware actually get the first batches. Hence, some customers have been able to place last-minute orders from other resellers and from HP's own website directly. Please see HP's apologies about this matter.

Q: Will I receive a tracking code for my shipment?

A: Yes, as soon as the goods leave ours or our broker's warehouse, you will receive a tracking code from us for tracking your shipment.
