Yeah and if you add most likely 2.5ish to City's total then it's probably looking more correct.
Although I will say I don't fully understand how in one game the xP doesn't add up to 3 exactly. I saw in the twitter thread they showed Arsenal from the end of last season and while it gets close to 3 it isn't exactly 3. I'm sure it's something I'm just not understanding, but it seems odd is all.

Yeah the last two seasons they outperformed us. Funnily enough, our xg was better in 18/19 losing the league by 1 point than last year’s title winning campaign.
