Made this bibimbap back on Tuesday. I swear people can still smell the garlic on my breath!

I love bibimbap, a good amount of chilli there, what recipe did you use, it looks a lot different to recipe I have used and when I have eaten it in a restaurant?

I mean for me it is just carrots, courgette, various mushrooms, tofu. Fried in a rapeseed and sesame oil with a bit of salt.

Jasmine or basmati rice boiled up as a base. Veg on top. Egg on top of that. They I make a sauce thingy out of finely finely diced ginger, garlic, spring onion, chillies soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil and just slather that on top.

Then I mix it all up and eat the shit out of it.

Yeah, this defo departs from restaurant ones I have had but not by too much. This is just the bastardised version of a recipe I once had.

Nice! I have never seen the sauce like that but it looks really fresh and hot.
