I just got a pair of muleskinners myself. I don’t intend on applying any oils or creams on them, just some leather protector once the snow hits, but what care do you give these otherwise?

1
jongoloidOP•

none, just the suede kit from RW

Wow how’d you manage to avoid denim crocking on these

They look great. I also have a pair of these and love them. Yours definitely look darker a more orangey tone and I have to say I really like it. When I got mine I applied mink oil to them then I regretted it after a week or so. They seemed to attract the dirt. I then set about doing my best to get it out, but after now seeing a few pairs with the mink I think I may treat them again. One thing they certainly age or patina quicker than other Red wings I have. Not saying that’s a bad thing.
