Microsoft Workfolders - Disable Downloads Folder

Hello,

We have been using Workfolders for some time and it was recently brought to my attention that users "Downloads" folder is syncing which we do not want it to do. I double and triple checked GPO and it says the "Downloads" folder is not configured meaning it should not be syncing data. We only have desktop, documents and favorites setup to sync.

Does anyone know why this is happening? It doesn't seem to be happening for every user either, but I'd like to get it stopped since its syncing a lot of useless data and storing it on our workfolders server. Any information is greatly appreciated.
