Lagging on Optimum?

Hi guys:

I have been a long time stadia user. I am using Optimum on the highest tier speed and have Orbi Netgear mesh routers. I have been using stadia with an Ethernet connection into my router. I usually average 120-130mb download speeds. I have been lagging so crazy bad on Stadia where it is unplayable. It stutters and says my internet speeds are unplayable bad. What should I do next? Should I complain to Optimum? Are they throttling Stadia?
