Apex Legends not using dedicated GPU?

I just downloaded Apex Legends on steam and it seems to not be using my GTX 1060, but instead my integrated graphics. All the settings are on low and it still barely runs at 30-40 fps.

I have already tried the following:

- Adding the program to Nvidia Control Panel and setting the preferred GPU to the High-performance Nvidia card

-Changing the OpenGL Rendering GPU to the GTX 1060

- Right clicking the .exe and going to Run with graphics processor -> High performance

- Setting it to High Performance in Windows Graphics Settings

Any help is appreciated, as I am really trying to enjoy this game.
