Off Label non prescription options?

Have any of you discovered any off label non scrip options? Unlike a lot of you my HH started late at 34. Only then did I find out my Aunt and most of my Mom's side also developed it. I have the dermadry machine but even when using it if I walk anymore than a mile at a time my pits will start to sweat. Carpe helps but only for a few hours. I've been reading about glyco but I live in the U.S., I've already spent $600+, on consultations and iono, and I'm not spending another dime unless it's to buy thompson t's.
