My 3 favorite “wild cards”:

TX-15, I personally like the Trijicon ACOG, and canted Pk-06, with the canted RK-1 foregrip. Swap out the buffer tube for the advanced one for 10k, SF3P muzzle break and RC2 suppressor. Sits you around 50 vertical, and amazing ergo. Lots of fun for more open maps like woods and Reserve.

PP-19 Vityaz, doesn’t need many mods to have about 30 vertical recoil. Comparable to MPX with much less RPM. Nobody ever takes it, cheap and fun with AP 6.3 or 7N31.

5.56 MDR, SE-5 Express grip, MBUS iron sights, X400, SF3P muzzle break and RC2 supp. Your choice of the HHS1 Holo/Magnifier sight, or the Deltapoint RD. Sits around 80 ergo and 65 recoil with the red dot, little less ergo and less recoil with the holo/magnifier. Lots of fun, very snappy with just the deltapoint.

I've been giving p90 a go lately. Something I noticed, and I could be wrong, but does that gun have more of an initial recoil than other guns of the same recoil? (45-ish) I swear to god it jumps more than it should after that first shot.

I like the SMGs but I also really like a good SVDS. A modded SVDS loaded with SNB easily destroys anyone, as long as you land your shots.

Yeah I get what you mean I haven't played the M1A that much but I have used it and it definitely is a beast too. Good ammo is just more expensive for it though.

I find that the bonus's you get from the 7.62x54r cartridge aren't enough to equal out the excessive recoil and lack of ergonomics that the SVDS has. Especially considering that you can have an m1a with 50 vertical recoil and over 70 ergonomics. That plus m62 will mess up anything you encounter.

P90's are my current go to. Best ammo is cheap. Gun is cheap. 50 round mags are cheap. Fire rate is high.

Rifles:
Budget 5.56 mdr, usually around 80k (reflex optic 20k, optional suppressor +25k, and rk-0 7.5k
Budget M4, when I use this I try to upgrade it the longer I survive. 105k with same recoil as mdr
SMG:
Pp-19-01 trade from mechanic. Depends on price of rolers, really good deal and is a fun pew pew with ap 6.3 or 7n31
P90, haven’t had a bunch of luck with it but I am a believer. Usually 55k with a ring sight, and another 50k with a suppressor
Mp5sd is good but it is real expensive for what you get, 110-150k all together. 26 recoil though.
Mp9-n is fun and rips but you need 30 rounders with lots of spare ammo. Around 70k modded
Shotguns:
Mp-153 with basic attachments (8 rounder+ maybe a sight) usually 30-50 k
Saiga 12k- this is by far my favorite meme gun. There are so many builds for it, it’s insane. I have a build with a drum mag, 2 cobra sights, the magnum brake, rk-2, and 4 of the big flashlights. It is the sun. Only run either 8.5, flechette, or ap-20. I reccomend 8.5, although ap-20 is also viable.
That’s it. Use guns with cheap good ammo too, like m855a1, m62, 7n31, ss190, 8.5m, etc

With level 3 traders you can build a HK with 49 recoil and 73 ergo (no mag) for only about 200k. While it's not quite budget, it's a good mid range that has become a staple for me. You might as why not run an m4? The biggest thing is the buffer tube, if you do not have mechanic level 4 you should expect to pay 70k or more for a buffer tube. All in all it is easier to build a HK at lower level traders. If you'd like to hear more about my build I'd be happy to share it.
