its the mark of the Outsider, urban myth, only a select few have heard the tale around towson, but basically you shouldn't fuck with that image in any way. It a Seal btw, not a logo.

I bet it's a logo for some organization or something.
I saw the other logo inside the bathroom of the 24/7 library room.
I drew up an image of it but it yielded no results in searching. I also don't know if the red part is part of the logo or not.
