Please recommend me a tool

Hello,

I'm looking for a tool with several features I've listed below.

Essential:

• paste text
• paste images
• text formatting
• code highlight
• export as html for publishing them on my own website

Very nice to have:

• draw diagrams
• embed audio & video files
• record the screen and auto embed
• automatically save links to the sources where various things were copied from
• export as a presentation

I want to use this tool for the note taking and prepare lectures & presentations from these notes.
