Can’t access iPhone Camera Roll

Hi, I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and can’t import pictures taken with the iPhone camera app. In Lightroom, I’m sent to the iOS Settings > Lightroom section, but there’s no option to allow access to the photos, only Siri, Background app refresh and Mobile data. I’ve looked at Settings > Privacy > Photos but Lightroom isn’t listed, only PS Camera. Same at Settings > Privacy > Camera.

Any idea what I’m missing?
