Swf on a voice chat is cheating. Change my mind.

Discussion

Getting sick of playing killer and having all survivors cheat by using discord or another voice chat to communicate with each other across the map. Takes no skill to survive that way and ruins the game. These same swf then cry incessantly that u "camped" them if u dont immediately abandon the hook to chase when u can see 2 of them just standing there waiting for u to chase the 3rd one away so they can rescue.

Play alone. Play honest. If youre swf then u should have ur 5th person play killer on a custom map so u dont ruin the game for everyone else.

Edit: you all seem to miss my point. Im not saying swf is cheating im saying using voice chat is cheating.

I think you probably just had a bad game. While SWF is annoying, it's not cheating. The majority of SWFs (definitely mine) don't need mics to wreck a killer, and we're mostly talking about stupid shit other than the game over them.

Considering this game was built from the ground up to be played without voice comms, being on voice comms technically is the definition of cheating in this game.

A lot has changed in 4 years, bud. This game was, also, built from the ground up to be scary. It isn't. It's meme-like.

Using the game's origins to justify what the game is like now, 4 years later, is a bit disingenuous towards the growth of a game. I've been playing this game for four years, and started out as a killer main, back when it was actually hell to play as killer, and I still didn't complain about SWFs because they all play the exact same way, and after I learned that, I 4K-ed/3K-ed them more often than not.

We get it, you had a bad game. That sucks. There's absolutely no way for them to stop voip, and SWFs isn't going away anytime soon. Take the L and just chalk it up to a bad game.

Well it’s not cheating but I totally feel you.

I have to go through toxic four man swf and it’s annoying as fuck. But I wouldn’t say it’s considered cheating.

Talking to my friends as I play the game with them doesn't make us survive that much more successfully, so I'll keep talking to them because it makes the game 10x more fun. Keep crying like a little piss baby about people talking over discord though

The game is (unfairly) 10 to 1 geared towards the Killer. If you can't handle a few survivors in a discord chat then you're worse than you think.

Not even remotely true. If u think its hard to win without literally talking to your entire group of survivors then youre completely shit at survivor.

Sorry that people want to enjoy the game with some friends and have fun.

Solo survivor is awful, you should try it some time.
