Was eye color ever an option in character creation?

I've been trying to wrap my brain around this for awhile now. At some point in time was eye color ever an option in character creation/customization? I made my main going on 3 years ago and I could have shorn eye color was an option then just like hair or clothes. Recently change my characters appearance and noticed that my character's eyes are a lifeless grey when I could have shorn they had been a bright blue. This is a minor thing, but it bugs me that I can't remember. Can some please tell me if I'm crazy or not.
