Can anyone tell me what is the best specialist to see for chronic fatigue? And any tips for building a case for disability?

The Health Rising site has some examples of successful CFS disability claims. But you 100% need a lawyer. Ask for a benefits or disability benefits lawyer.
Thanks.. I’ll check that out
Dr. Nathan Holiday in salt lake has somewhat near availability and does telemedicine. I cancelled my appointment cuz I’m still functional and in my research decided that all I’d likely get is a diagnosis for hundreds of dollars or whatever, but he was a real nice guy. Worked at the ME/CFS specialty clinic which is booked out years in salt lake before branching off into his own practice.
Thank you.. I will look into that. A confirmed diagnosis would be helpful right now.
He’d get you there I’m sure! Best of luck to you my friend. Also there’s an archive of ME CFS doctors online, search ME CFS doctor database or something. Might be able to locate one closer to you. If you do move forward with a CFS specialist let me know how it goes! I’m so curious if they can provide any great info that isn’t avail online, I’m sure they can.
If you're in the US:
That looks like it will be helpful. Thank you
Depends where you are. I was lucky and managed to get the leading specialist on CFS in the U.K., who happened to be at my local hospital doing the fatigue clinic. X
Man.. they have a fatigue clinic? That’s awesome!! I’m in the U.S. I’ve never heard of anything like that
Yeah. I was surprised too. It’s all done through our NHS, so the whole service is free. It can take a while to get in (think it took me about 6 months to get the referral through), but once you’re in, you have access to CBT, psychologists, dieticians, physios etc etc.
That’s going to depend on where you’re located
I’m in the U.S. In indiana
Ah okay. I’m in Australia so won’t be of any help
