:D
not really a stew now, is it.
Where are the liquids?
Up in the right corner there's a Newcastle Brown Ale.
Is that sun dried tomatoes or did you really use heart to make it hearty? :)
I saw gutted mouse at first glance.
I can assure you that no mice were harmed during the making of this stew.
Phew!
looks like beouf bourguignon, yum!
Baby, you've got a stew goin...
I hate r/food when I'm hungry :\
How many hearts did you use!!??
One heart from one lamb.

Where are the precious potato skins?
If you're posting a picture of something you've made, please be kind and give us a recipe so that we might recreate it!
looks like instant mashed potatoes.

Never tried lambs heart before. It was surprisingly delicious.
I tried looking for a good recipe online, but didn't really find any good one. So I sort of improvised and here's what I did;
Slice up one lambs heart and saute in butter till it gets a nice colour.
Add some celery, carrots and onions.
Pour in a bit of wine and let it cook for a few minutes.
Finally add sun dried tomatoes and thyme.
Finito.
Ever had chicken heart? If so, are they similar? If not... Then try them and report back! Or I suppose I could do the same...
I went to a Brazilian BBQ and had Chicken hearts for the first time. It's not that great. It's not bad. Rather have the white meat.
Never knew people ate LAMBS heart. Does that give you some kind of super power? I guess that is right up there with puppy heart for me.
Hell ox hearts, lambs hearts, pig and sheep's kidneys we eat it all in the UK >.>
