What makes you think they won’t follow through? Maybe they just took a screenshot to save your info and they’re prepping to send your card out closer to the deadline.

Many Santas don't contact their giftees through the RG messages. And a lot of Santas don't ship until just before the shipping deadline. I'd say it might be too early to assume your Santa isn't going to follow through.

It’s not rude nor is it uncommon. Many Santas screenshot their giftees information and don’t pull the info again. Also, most Santa’s don’t message their giftees. Typically less than half of participants ship before the deadline (which is one of the busiest days for RG shipping). So far only about 4K out of >12K holiday cards participants have marked gifts as shipped so far. Remember to check the FAQ :)

The shipping deadline for the holiday card exchange is the 21st, you need to be patient. Most Santas never message their giftees.

My holiday card Santa only pulled mine first day as well & hasn’t shipped. The ship deadline is the 21st & not everyone replies to messages (some don’t even realize they got one). I’d wait until after the 21st & if they haven’t marked it shipped then can see about getting a rematch.

I'd say it's rude of you to publically complain about your Santa! If they are checking your profile and see that, they will be incredibly disappointed and upset.
They pulled your info and now they are looking for a card for you for all you know. Nothing else is expected of them right now. The shipping deadline is 21st. Today is 16th. Have a little faith.
