Is there a way to double-check, on your console, which ps4 games you have loaned to someone else?
Not a biggie but I loaned my bro some games and was absent-mindedly told he needed to sell some games for cash. I just hope they aren't mine, but I'm not gonna make a big deal out of it... yet, lol.
I know if you look at a game on your console it has a faded disk in the thumbnail, but that only applies if it's been downloaded. I checked the library on the console, looked over the un-downloaded games, and there's no way to tell if it was downloaded via a disk.
If there's no way then why do I have to keep inserting a disk everytime I wanna play a physical copy, huh Sony? hahahah.
For real though, I lent out like 4 games and can only remember Dragon Age Inquisition (I kinda wanna get back into that one too).

You could try clicking on each game and seeing which ones just boot up and which ones ask for a disk
Yeah, I was thinking I'm going to have to do that.
It's gonna take an age, since I add all ps plus games incase I change my mind about them later. But it's better than going home planning to pick a few games up, then not finding it and wondering if it's floating around the house somewhere or my bro has it.
