But if the po stayed longer he would have peeled it..MAD!

Wait, so he took the orange but he didn’t really want it????

He didn’t even want the orange. Insane, innit?

Fantasy took the orange from Steves with such style that the inspector didn't even notice he had a record bag.

Without Decoy there'd be no Angel.

They seem to just be the level headed guys 😂makes grinder etc funnier

But Decoy can drive.

And Fantasy will pretend to have an orange.

They're called side characters and they have moments that help move the action along. As well as like you said, Decoy being angels father. That makes him a pretty main character.

I think the red carpet and interviews and stuff are reserved for those who have writing creds on the show: grindah, steves, beats, chabuddy, and miche afaik all have writing credits.

I just watched the episode where Miche is working in the salon and Grindah is watching Angel for the day. Decoy "hangs out" with him all day but he bounces the minute Miche is back to supervise. He wasn't hanging out with Grindah at all, he just knew Grindah cannot look after Angel alone. It really was a sweet little bit of writing.

Exactly what I was going to add about Decoy. He sometimes looks exasperated and/or annoyed, but most of the time he puts up with Grindah and his exploits in order to stay grounded in their social circle for the sake of Angel and Miche most likely. In a way, he’s a really decent dude for not unsettling Angel’s life and taking that background character approach, but at the same time being obviously her father. Also shows the small mindedness, simplicity and selfishness of Grindah

Deeky is there to be a straight man https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straight_man. Fanty also has his place. It has been said that if they were able to make Deeky laugh during filming then they knew it was definitely funny. The point of Decoy and Fantasy?
