Very picky anime watcher in need of some good content to watch

So, i watch a decent ammount of anime, and generally, action, adventure, fantasy and proper character development is what i tend to like

Up until now, my most enjoyed anime would be

AOT SAO (1st season) Overlord One Punch Man Angel Beats Re:Zero Beastars Hunter X Hunter My Hero Academia

These are just the ones i remember, but the only ones with an emotional impact was SAO, Angel Beats and Re:Zero

So, if you have any suggestions i'd love to hear them, but i'm not into anime with more than 500 episodes, as it gets boring real quick for me

I also recently started wathcing Jujutsu Kaisen, and honestly, it's pretty good

Btw, didn't rly like Demon Slayer, lacks character development, and didn't like Black Clover, since it's just not that good story wise imo
