The man should have been in psychological care not sentenced to die in a hell hole. People get a fraction of that for cold blooded wanton murder.
He got 15 years. Murder is an automatic life sentence
First degree murder is. Which rarely is given out.
Second degree is as well
I didn't know that. A lot of murderers seem to get out in less than 10 that is for sure. The old "You can't prove I knew it would kill them" defense.
Maybe we should be putting murderers away for longer, instead of reducing the sentencing for someone with a 40+ year criminal record.
Good!
Im drunk right now but im not driving, nor do i plan to, wherrs mu silved
Cheaper than having to support this low life in prison another 10 years.
Movin' on.
All vehicular/drinking related. This is someone with mental problems. They are not rational. They should be kept from hurting people but basically sentencing him to die in the modern day rape cages is pretty extreme even for the bloodthirsty.
I tend to agree that prison should not be an awful place. I would prefer that we treat prisoners much better because there is nothing gained by treating people poorly. However. With a record like that, he should be off the streets. Societal safety takes a #1 priority.
Oh please, when is the last time you were in prison to see how bad it is? Rape cages’? Someone’s been watching a little too much porn.
I have worked a significant amount in prisons. Maybe a couple months worth of time. It appears to be worse than what is on TV.
He was put where he belonged.
If he experienced a rape cage then his fellow inmates agree, he was put where he belonged.
Your a psycho.
You just hate inmates. They deserve lovin' to.
