Is there any way to limit the game to industrial?

I have just finished a medieval run and I think there is a huge potential in industrial era of the game. Basically I wanna run a cartel without spacer stuff including any kinds of bionics, power armor or mechs but unlike medieval I wasnt able to find out mods to keep it industrial.
