Closing “from a distance” 2020 style!

We are first time home buyers closing on a property in two weeks and won’t be in town for the actual closing. What are some things that should be looked for during the final walk thru? We were thinking of having my mom go with the realtor for the final walk thru, but the idea of not being there ourselves is STRESSFUL!
