PC shutting down after stress test

Does anyone else have the issue of your PC restarting after a stress test (never during, only as soon as the test is either finished or canceled)? Running a CobraPower/RaidMax (yikes!) psu and wondering if this is a possible sign of a failing or bad power supply? Considering getting it replaced, but must be sure first!
