This is a disaster

I was supposed to have my exam 20 minutes ago (Home Edition iBT TOEFL). I logged in to ProctorU 30 minutes beforehand and was waiting for the countdown next to my exam to begin. This never happened. Instead, the exam completely vanished from my profile. It's like it was never there in the first place. I then had to connect to a live agent and ask what's going on. He said that my exam was canceled due to a 'no show'. How is this possible if I was logged in the entire time refreshing the page and checking my equipment ten times every 5 minutes? I don't understand. This is beyond disappointing and I'm waiting in the queue to get connected to an ETS agent atm to find out how dare they cancel my exam like that.
