IWTL how to be a fashionable guy without following trends

For example I live in Country side, so I'm used to having no social norms, but when I go to the town Everyone around the place wheres tracksuits and Adidas stuff. It's a passing joke outside towns that each one has a uniform at this stage lol. Anyway I want to dress sharp but originally and not overly expensjve.
