Old ex started talking to me again and blocked me a week after for no reason

My ex (24m) and I (22f) have been talking off and on for over 2 years now. He stopped talking to me a few months ago because I told him I loved him. About a week ago he finally messaged me saying he loved me too, just got nervous and didn’t know how to respond at the time. So long story short, we started talking again and have good conversation and making plans together and we are on good terms. But out of no where he deleted his fb, sc, and insta, and stopped talking to me and I don’t know why? I don’t know if I should message him or give him space or what.
