What GPU can replace the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8 GB in this build?

I'm looking to buy a used gaming PC from a friend, but they're planning to keep the GPU for another build. Does anyone know what could replace the GPU in this build?

I'm not exactly looking for as much power necessarily, compatibility and a reasonable performance is fine.
