iptv smarters - no connection

i've downloaded and tried both UDP and TCP OpenVPN configuration files from various counties, but for some reason, it just doesn't connect.

the username and password are correct, so i'm at a loss to why it doesn't work.

the openvpn files i have from a different vpn supplier works just fine, but the files don't require username and password, so i'm assuming this is the issue.

any suggestions?
